with rough sex I just mean like, oh moves you into a position a bit forceful?

My OH can no longer go on top because bump will get squashed lol! As long as you find positions which are comfortable for you and bump you should be fine :) xx

The only positions I avoid are any where there is weight on my bump, like lying on my belly or him lying on top. The movement should be ok, they apparently get rocked to sleep just like when you walk for a while :) x

I think it's fine, they're very protected in there, it's good for you and baby, releases lots of oxytocins💙💙
