update: so I do have another kidney infection. they are trying antibiotics at home and culturing my urine they said they will call me Tuesday to see if I need to go in for IV antibiotics. so I'm praying that I don't last time I was in the hospital for 3 day :(. but on the good side baby is doing well heart beat still at 140.
