We have tennents that rent from us downstairs and it took my husband like a year to replace their tub and toilet! it was still usable but in pretty bad shape. I feel bad for them cuz it's supposed to be you call and it gets handled right away!

@michellevaldez4750, yes that's how it is when you live in a big professionally managed complex. it's literally hundreds of units on this property. I'm sure they had that stove sitting in storage. I called at 8am and by 2 pm the stove was here and installed. I wouldn't rent from the individually owned places @michellevaldez4750

I'm guessing your tenets were more understanding that it's just him, and may be tired and have his own job to go to every day and there is not a big team of ppl waiting to fix on things for him ...or they just really like you guys @michellevaldez4750

well, I guess it goes both ways. We pay their heat and only charge 575 for 3 bedrooms! also we don't really complain about anything at all so they like that, the lady that we bought the house from kept their heat super low and they like it really warm!
