@marissamiller, I think it just depends on the nature of your job....I'm in outside sales so I'm in the car driving or talking with customers. It's not labor intensive so I'm going to try to work until the week before. My boss has already ok'd half days when I reach the last couple of months, too. If I was on my feet all day I'm thinking 34/35 weeks would probably be all I could handle.
I've worked with some crazies in food service that worked right up to 40 weeks... I'm 25 weeks and I'm already over working... Lol. I don't feel like 37 weeks is too early since you're on your feet all day and that will just cause you and the baby stress. Ask your doctor though... They may give you the go ahead for 36 weeks and then you'll have an excuse to be off earlier😂
Right I bend over constantly ect it's a lot of work but I'm slowly getting through each day .. & I'm gonna ask my doctor for a note for light duty these next few weeks I'm exhausted .. & ive been saving so I refuse to work all the way up until I have him & I have paid leave so I'll be straight 😊

By law, well at least in PA, your employer has to let you stop working by 36 weeks if you want to. I stopped as soon as I turned 36 weeks.
