Honestly when I was trying to give birth to my daughter, it didn't work for us, but it's worth a try! I know how you feel, my husband and I haven't had sex in a long time due to it being painful, but maybe it will feel better now that you are closer to your due date? Good luck!

It won't work unless your baby and body are ready. You still have 3 weeks until your due date, so more than likely won't work.

the semen helps soften your cervix but you have to have sex 5 times for it to really make a difference and you have to lay with your pelvis elevated for 10 minutes after. all I know is my hubbs and I did it a lot that last week of my pregnancy and I know they say sex helps labor be a little more easy. Idk if it worked for us though. just trying to get as much in before the having to wait 6 weeks after lol

Lol we had sex all the time. my daughter wouldn't have made it full term if sex sent you into labor

It did plenty each day and got no where. Did not work in any way!

@goodcp16, lol I'm not disappointed then. Idk why but I'm never in the mood and It hurts so I don't want to do it ever. I feel bad cause my BF wants to and he's been patient but every time we try I have to stop.

@samijoy, I tried all the tricks aside from the oil and completely nothing worked. It was so not successful since I had started trying the things after I was 80% effaced a month out of due date and then was 2 cm for 2 weeks also and nothing was changing ugh. I wish I could've locked a trick in there for this next time lol
