It might help, usually it helps release gas bubbles that are stuck sometimes it made my daughter poop

Yes it's the same thing, and when they eat they suck in air as well as milk so that creates gas bubbles which is what makes them burp or fart

give her a drop or two well i guess so beacuse the reason they are crying is because they have alot of gas build up that the baby tummy hurts so that helps
