Its usually normal since your breasts are always producing milk. But it their hot, with red area/s or if you feel pain, it can be mastitis which is an infection in the ducts or breast tissue. Some doctors leave it alone but some prescribe antibiotics. But if you experience any of those symptoms you should probably consult with your doctor! :)

It's probably your let down. Are your breast red? If you are concerned you should speak to your doctor or lactation consultant
