I have only one ovary functioning bc of a tumor as well. Just keep having sex and laying down with a pillow under your bum after. It took us about a year but then the next baby was an unplanned pleasant surprise ;)

Some people tell me that is cause I am stressed that I want a baby but is that I am scared that the ovary that I have left later on the future gets a tumor and they have to remove it as well me and my husband love kids I have done lately after we had sex I put a pillow under me and raise my legs up

I wouldn't worry too much about it, I had the tumor for 8 yrs and haven't gotten another. Get ovulation test kit and see when you're ovulating, that will help too. And I'm on my third baby with only one functioning ovary!
