Labor has to be one of the only times I would willingly sit through someone shoving a needle in my back more than once. The needle freaks a lot of people out but let me tell you there's no sweeter sight than seeing it on the middle of hard core contractions and knowing relief is coming soon

Just went through this Yesturday. You are so right. Through those contractions I didn't care about any needle. I told my nurse to get the anesthesiologist ASAP I was crying of pain 😩

I lovedddd my epidural. I didn't feel hardly anything (probably because the contractions were so bad.) I'm not affairs, or bothered by needles though. I told my husband I was epidurals at home! Haha
