sorry for the tmi but im really suffering from piles this week and broke down in tears last night becuase I cannot move without having to cringe my teeth together. ive been using germaloid since Wednesday and no improvement, along side cold flannels, does anyone else have any tips on how to get rid of them. so desperate for a working remedy now x
