Lmao! So people joke about THEMSELVES being pregnant and it's an issue? They're not saying "hey, Sally who has been trying to get pregnant for ten years is finally pregnant... JK!". People shouldn't take what other people say about themselves so personally. Just because one person can't get pregnant doesn't mean others should walk on egg shells to please them.

That's no ones issue but their own. People are so narcissistic these days. The world really doesn't revolve around them and their feelings.

Ignorant towards what? I'm ignorant towards a lot of things just as you are- everyone is, lmao. But definitely not ignorant about people who should just mind their own business and stop thinking everyone should be careful about what they say. People joke about all types of things. If you have a SO on Facebook hope you don't post about him. That could offend someone who's SO has passed or isn't around. If you have kids then talking about how hard it can be sometimes should never be discussed either as some people don't have the ability to make kids so why complain about how difficult having them can be? Anything can offend someone.

God forbid you lose your child. Its hurtful to people. Whether its about yourself, your next door neighbor, or someone across the world. Its not a joke. Put yourself in other peoples shoes.

Even though her presentation of her statement was harsh I sort of understand where she is coming from. Let me see if I can put it in a better way. Not being able to have a child for some is heart wrenching, but when people joke about being pregnant (like the tons of April fools jokes I have seen) it is not to belittle those who can't have children and it shouldn't be viewed as such. I get that the non ability to bear is devastating but joking about pregnancy shouldn't be viewed as an insult. If this is so there are tons of other things we should stop doing for the sake of others feelings. Several examples include. Calling a black child monkey as a nick name. Even though it doesn't seem racist or hurtful to some the experience of being called a monkey has always been negative so since others feel negative about it everyone should? People with diabetes can't eat certain things because it affect their sugars and can ultimately affect their life. Should people not joke about eating candy or tons of sugar? Fat people are shamed on a regular for being well fat. Should skinny people stop joking about how fat they look ? Same with homosexuality and transgender. People are murdered for being transgendered. Should people stop dressing up as the opposite sex for Halloween. My post is to give insight on what I think jesjes meant. Not to ridicule any mother bearing or not :).

I honestly think some things shouldn't be joked about but people in general are ass holes and very few if any care if what they say causes you grief.
