when are you not suppose to reach above UR head when ur pregnant because I know the umbilical cord…

@leenasunshine24, It's not true. The umbilical cord is free flowing, so reaching above your head doesn't do anything. Think of it as a shoe lace. You can't control a shoe lace, it's just there.

I always put my hands over my head to stretch and or grab things it's just a myth lol

what about reaching for things to oh wow than how does that happen my Cuzzin baby cord was wrapped around her neck @snicole12 @theinkedmommy

@leenasunshine24, I've asked my OB & she said it's a myth. I was told the same thing. If the cord is gonna wrap it's gonna wrap. There's no way to prevent it, but reaching doesn't have any affect on the cord.
