So tomorrow I go to the doctor to see what the sex of my baby is. Any advise on keeping the baby active

Nothing with to much sugar before apt. bc baby will get a sugar rush and then crash and be sleep is what I was told. I drank some orange juice on the way. Not too much though.

I go in on Tuesday to find out the gender! I heard to eat stuff with sugar!

I drank some cold water before and it helped out
