Sometimes the money just goes in your bank but you could recieve a letter x

My money went in same day I got letter x

@lauren1996, not everyone is eligible for it though :) you have to be on the right benefits and it be your first child :) xxx

This is my first child and I'm on no benefits but I only work 12 hours and my partner only works 16 hours, so? @firsttimemummy21 xxxx

@lauren1996 You can apply for it 11 weeks before your due date or within 3 months after you baby has been born xxx

@lauren1996, dont quote me on this, but I think either you or your partner has to be receiving jsa or a similar benefit xxx

@lauren1996, i looked into it and you have to have a benefit either you or your partner. Google maternity grant and it gives you the entitlement. Xx

Your midwife should have said if you're entitled to it or not @lauren1996 xx

@firsttimemummy21, anytime from 11 weeks before due date I think I did mine at 32 weeks and took just over a week for it to go into my bank x
