Any moms eat cold cuts? Heard a lot of different views on eating them..

I do! I just don't eat it everyday but I do have it a couple of times a week.

I'm craving an Italian hero so bad but heard the bacteria in cold cuts could be dangerous for the baby

I was told not to eat alot of it but everything is okay in small potions

If you want it cold you can cook the meat and put in the freezer for a min to cool it back down 😊

I was just told not to eat it at room temperature which is gross to think about anyway so who would eat it like that lol. I've made myself sandwiches quite a bit and my baby is perfectly healthy 😊
