whats some ways yall fry chicken? I use egg, flour, salt and pepper.

No seasoning salt? Paprika? Garlic? Lol

I dont but Im sure if my SO cooked it would have it all on it lol he loves seasoning but garlic does sound good.

I use a seasoning mix I make that I like to call the trinity - garlic powder, salt, and pepper. I mis that up, sprinkle it on my chicken, dredge ny chixken in flour, throw it in egg, and then back in flour again, and fry it up in peanut oil. BOMB

I use buttermilk flour a little cornmeal not A lot and egg also salt pepper Cajun seasoning lol I am big on that but it doesn't make it so spicy cuz all the other stuff balances it out

I soak in buttermilk salt and pepper overnight then just dip in flour 1tsp baking powder salt and pepper yummy and crispy everytime
