its different in every state i have my kids dad on child support but only paying for my son. if youre wanting to go forward to a judge make sure you save reciepts as evidence thats what all judges want to see if hes paying for your child or supporting him/her financially. after judge decides they will tell him he has to pay a certain amount every month and he gets to have your child on certain days. ive had my sons dad on child support for almost a year and yet were still together and on baby #2. and were happy :)
He was helping but after his girlfriend started calling me saying to leave him alone and that my kids werent his and that i dont take care of them. That i was a whore and that if she didnt want him to he wasnt going to see them. i stopped letting him have them. I dont trust her and if he chooses a girlfriend like that to bad mouth the mother of his kids then i sure as hell dont trust him.

Yeah i tried! I would have loved to kick her ass but he wouldnt tell me where they lived and always defended her. Im like i wasted 9 yrs with you and gave you 2 kids for you do leave and treat me like this. Its to the point i dont answer him or his text anymore. It was jealousy on her part but cause she is older and has nice cars and ahe buys him things he stayed with her. Im over it. And told him ibdont care what happenes to him anymore even though deep down i still live him😣
