What are people's opinions as far as posting pictures of your children on Facebook? My boyfriend and…

It's up to you both. How do you feel? I've seen where people post their child almost everyday, some post once in a while, and some never do. I personally don't want my child all over social media except the occasional picture. Every other picture I'll be sending to close family and his god mother and father. But I plan to let them know I don't want them posting every picture I send them.

me and my husband dont put any on social media the only picture nof my son is on here because I feel like preggie has became my family for all these months I have been on here

@raegenice, oh I stand behind him 😊 I just have mostly family on mine and some friends but he has a lot of people from work and relatives he doesn't talk to so I think that may be what he's thinking about. Yeah I'll just send pictures to family and tell them we don't want anything posted. He didn't even want me to post our ultrasound pictures lol.

@oshia5starlady, yeah I just feel like it opens up an easy way for people to have pictures I wouldn't want them to have.

lol he seems very private, nothing wrong with that since his people aren't the same as yours. Both of our families are excited, so hopefully I can get away with like 2 pictures every now and then 😂

i agree with him, its sometimes tempting cause you wanna show your baby off to the world but, people just wanna be nosey out there

One thing you could do is make sure your privacy settings for who your photos are shared to is set to friends only. That way people can't share it on their pages with anyone who isn't a friend and it's not out there for the world to look at

Personally I will be posting pictures of my baby girl. I feel like if there is someone on your Facebook or Instagram that you couldn't trust with posting a picture then they shouldn't be on your friends list at all. That's just my opinion though.

OMG I posted my pictures of my friends baby without her permission I didn't think about how rude it was now I feel really bad I just messaged her and apologized.

update she just messaged me and said I'm fine *phew* i was freaking out lol

@jorguss21, it's my other family I choose not to be friends with that I wouldn't want seeing the pictures or having access and I know certain people could just share it for them to see. @gabbator95 oh my gosh I would've been freaking out too lol its so easy to post stuff I don't even think about it half of the time.

right? i never even thought of asking if i could post pictures of her daughter on my page since she posts pictures of her daughter
