I'm in the same boat. I packed the simple things.

Your own clothes if you don't want to wear a hospital gown - something with buttons would be easier if you want to breastfeed. Toothbrush, toothpaste, make up if you think you'll have the energy to put it on, phone charger, slippers or fuzzy socks. Something to wear home for you and baby. The hospital will provide everything else.

I'm here now and I've only really used toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo conditioner and body wash for a shower last night, forgot my razor and was wishing I had it, also somehow forgot my brush and hair dryer so my hair is wild lol. I wore the Johnny for a while until the bleeding was under better control and then put on some comfy pj pants and a loose tee. Def bring lip balm for labor. Flip flops are good to have and slippers or socks. If you are breastfeeding I highly recommend a boppy pillow. It's been hugely helpful. The hospital should provide diapers but mine doesn't use wipes, they use wash cloths and I prefer wipes so I was happy I brought some. They also gave us binkies and nipple balm.
