Sorry if this is TMI:
When I try to make a bowel movement my stomach tightens up and starts cramping. My back gets a sharp pain also! Has anybody else had experience with this? I plan on asking my OB today as well.

my Dr says its gas lol you'll get it more often to not just with bms it hurts to fart sometimes too lol

i have that all the time even if i just try to fart
