I am in constant pain just below my right shoulder blade! Has anyone else got this?

that's a really common sign of trapped wind. I know it sounds odd but it can be deffered pain. try peppermint tea or something for trapped wind x

That could be why it sometimes feels like theres a bubble trapped there! haha xx
