there's not enough research to say that they all are unsafe. not taking meds can be just as bad and taking them especially if you're really struggling with your anxiety. I have anxiety too but my toddler and my busy life keep my mind busy too. just breathe and focus on your surroundings. anxiety can lead to depression a lot easier during a pregnancy so keep your chin up. I hope it gets better so you dont have to resort to meds though@leenasunshine24
