They may monitor your baby and just make sure your fever hasn't upset baby... But this is what L&D gave me yesterday.... I'm not sure where you live, but the flu has been extremely bad here in central Florida. My bf has the flu..

Dr said everything seems fine not to go in unless I was not able to get it down to 99.1 to keep taking Tylenol or a cool shower or bath & if I wanted to come over I could but know they have 10 cases of the flu there lol I was like nope I'll stay home & sleep in my bed ty nicest ppl ever & to drink drink drink tell I couldn't no more & they would call in the am to check on me @klove2016
