how long before your glucose test should you watch what you eat? I dont have to fast but have to not eat sugary foods and am wondering how long before then I should start really paying attention..

okay. she told me to not eat sugary stuff like a pancake breakfast but to eat things with protein. So i didnt wanna eat a big bowl of sugary cereal too close to my test then have the reaults be bad. @pregoprincess

My ob just said eat normal I got good results back
