mine are the same way they don't hurt they just itch like crazy. I'll be in public and have to scratch my boobs/nipple. I'm damn so I try to hid it so I can just get that little relief. lol some times I have to put benadryl on them for it to stop cuz omg, it gets to be to much at times.

My nipples and areolas get dry, so I just put it there. But wherever is itchy.
