Depression sucks big time!! Does anybody else have depression and got PPD after they had there baby?…

Have you talked to your ob/GYN about your feelings?

I did :/ it was really hard, I felt so overwhelmed. I was on meds before I got pregnant and the day I found out I stopped taking them. I got some depression towards the end of my pregnancy, then when I had my son I got it again. Having a lot of support from my bf helped a lot

I'm on that same boat. my dr wanted me to start taking some meds, but I didn't want to, atleast not yet. I've noticed what has been helping me, is going to prenatal yoga, & spending time outside. I'm hoping I don't get PPD. 😳

Yeah I have to go see therapist. When I was younger I had a therapist but she was only for minors and ever since then I haven't been able to trust a new therapist so I stopped going & I was on meds before but stopped taking them when I found out I was pregnant. Try to talk to someone before you're due maybe, if you can. And after I'd definitely try to find one you're comfortable with@chloe_faith2016

I was on meds but stopped taking them when I found out I was pregnant. And now my doctor won't let me take them again until I see a therapist. The medicine helps me a lot. I'm hoping and praying I don't get it either @elijahsmomma
