Anybody doing a natural birth? How are you preparing for that?

I am. but haven't prepared I guess I don't know what I have coming lol I just know I'm not getting any medicines no epidural, nothing! ! # just going to go in there and push lol

@mrsbutler, I've read the hypnobirthing book and found the home study cds on ebay for $80. I suggest reading or watching positive birth stories (youtube has A lot of them) study relaxation techniques, and print out positive affirmations.
