Honestly half the shots they give to children they don't even need. I am a pharmacy technician and I had to learn about all the shots, drugs, etc. My daughter will only get the shots she needs. No child needs 30+ shots by the time they are 1.

I think one major thing with vaccinations is when she is older she could catch something pretty bad if she isn't vaccinated as a baby. I would say you should both sit down and write down pros and cons and give one another a chance to say your side and see things from each others' perspective. I would also recommend asking your parents and your doctor. Having a third party can be very helpful.

I agree with @bentley_mommy research what is necessary together. My husband and I sat down and had a very serious conversation about it. People honestly don't realize what is in some of those vaccines. Aborted fetal tissue, animal blood, toxic metals and chemicals: it's scary and I don't want my children getting them if it's not 100% needed. Obviously some are important but that's where research is needed.

We started researching and reading about all shots that will be given to our child and we will Only be giving the ones that are needed and actually beneficial to our child. Also, the ones we do decide to give will be spread out and done one at a time.

Exactly! I was shocked when I saw what was in them. I make them print me off a paper at the doctor off of all her vaccines and I compare that paper to what I learned in my studies and she will get 20 shots total I believe by the time she is 1 which is definitely more reasonable. @twinscomingsoon cause if I counted correctly they wanted to give her 70 shots that were "recommended" and I told them they are crazy. Lol

@bentley_mommy, it's so scary to think they just wanna pump our children with all the crap and not fully disclose what they are getting. If we don't take the time to research we'd never know.

It's honestly is. My best friend thinks I'm crazy but I told her the next shot she goes to get her daugher who is 9 months now. I want her to ask them if it's 100% safe and make them sign a document saying so and if they refuse to sign it your daugher don't need the shot. @twinscomingsoon

some pediatrician tho are also my son only got what was needed and recommended by his doctor which was only about 20 all together and the nurse when we first got in the room would give me a list of the shots he needed that visit Witherspoon side affects and what it was for then when the doctor can in she would talk to me about all the shots personally and answer any questions. it's all about the right doctor and trusting them
