A pack of size one diapers new borns they lasted maybe a week before she grew out of them. And either puppy pads or those crib mattress protectors to go under the sheets. You'll want to layer them (mattress, protector, sheet, protector, sheet) they come in handy when the baby has blow outs/spits up at night and gets the sheets dirty all you have to do is strip off one layer and the next is good to go instead of fighting with making the bed and having a baby crying! @hermommy

@shelbyjo we're getting mattress pads:) but both her daddy and I were premie babies and stayed small were going to get some differe t sizes though
