From everything I've read about it, not taking medication for depression during pregnancy could do more harm than the medication itself. And there is absolutely no proof that any medication causes autism so don't listen to that stuff. If you need to be on a medication Zoloft is one of the safest, and you should take it if needed. If you think you could get by without it then great but if not, definitely take it.
I don't think it's mentally safe for me to not be on something anymore. I tried my whole pregnancy but right now, I'm border line mental hospital :/ @emkasting
Then it's definitely safer for both you and the baby for you to be on medication. Believe me I've done a ton of research on this, spoken to several OB's and psychiatrists as well. I've been dealing with depression for a long time. In my case I decided against taking medication during pregnancy but that's only because I knew I could go without

I got off of mine when I found out I was pregnant but doc. told me it's one of the safer medicines to be on.
