Anyone still die their hair when pregnant? I was to lighten my hair, and die it purple, but not sure…

I bleached my hair from black to blonde while I was pregnant, just make sure you are in a well ventilated area, open lots of windows, or do it outside of possible

My hair was bleach blonde while I was pregnant & I kept bleaching it all throughout my pregnancy. I stuck rolled up toliet paper in my nose while doin it lol

I used to be a hair dresser and you just shouldn't get any on your scalp because it obsorbes into your skin. Also the ammonia isn't good to inhale. That's in bleach, it's also in cat urine. That's why we can't change the cat litter...( thank god :) ) lols. Get a pro to do it and wear a mask :)

My doc said it's fine. The scalp does not absorb much, if any, of the ammonia. Check out the motherisk.ca website for information from an Ontario hospital for sick kids...says 3-4 times is fine with or without ammonia. Also, the reason for litter changing is due to a risk of exposure to Toxoplasmosis from feces rather than ammonia exposure :)

lord i cant wait to get ny hair done...i just want to chop it off! but getting married in Aug and want long hair...after that a Bob it is! its already too much maintenance lol
