I do the treadmill, somewhat inclining will help too. Haha but yes the ball! I spend an hour on it, only cause I feel like it's gonna burst. I've also heard pineapple & raspberry leaf tea will help as well. But I want my son out already, 11 days is taking forever.! @b_morales @chrissytee

I was stuck on 1 cm for a week. But I've tried the exercise ball & walking & yesterday I found out I'm 2-3 cm. guess it helped. Lol I want my baby out.

I'm in the exact same situation!!!! Are you thinned out at all?? I stayed at 1cm for like 7 weeks!! And I'm just barely not a two, I'm a "generous one" lol. I'm so frustrated. But I guess my time will come..
