so I've got a habit of pickin skin off my lips n have had it for sooooooo many years I always get told off for it and my little girl decided write me this note and blue tac it to the wall lol she is a funny 1 😂😄😘🙈🙊💜💓💗

Yeah it's just an intense habit I think my mental health doctor mentioned it once. I'd love to know how to stop though no-one ever told me how to do that! xx

that's exactly like me as soon as I feel sumit or my lips feel dry I'm straight there,, my OH always shouts at me n tells me my lips looks really bad n tells me I've ruined them 😣 @meadraven xx
I do too I can't stop until I'm sure there's nothing left to pick :( it's so bad my lips always look awful x
