When should I go to the hospital I'm having really bad contractions?!

i was told to call in to the dr when i become uncomfortable

i was told when it feels like yof getting stabbed and you cant handle it anymore because it your not dilated more within an hr of being there they'll send u home

when they r 5 mins apart

start timing now....also if u get in a tub of warm water n they get worst then ur in actual labor but if not they will ease off
