Breast feeding can make your boobs sag.

if your nipple point to the floor that what they call saggy ,it's the skin that is stretched out which causes sagging there's no cream to fix that sugary can but I don't think it's that serious if your a women with natural breast mine haven't been perky sense I was 16 lol Idc but they aren't saggy to where my nips look at the ground and larger breast are more heavy which causes saging

they might have gotten to heavy with the milk and they were already big causes ripped tissue making it so the saggy and stretched out but if they aren't to bad I'd say wait it out and she how they look at breast feeding if it's not that bad I wouldn't get anything done to them.

Later you could try exercising to strengthen the muscle behind them that could help a little

boobs are meant to "sag" when they produce milk so the nipple is titled downward and baby can get to it better.
