I bounced back into the hospital Sunday night, 6 days post c section. My blood pressure was acting up and when I got admitted I was in congestive heart failure due to all the extra fluid crowding my heart and lungs. I spent 2 days in ICU and now am on the medical unit. Be careful ladies. Don't ignore the severe swelling and any shortness of breath you are feeling. I kept dismissing it because everyone (docs and nurses included) kept saying it was normal. I'm a single mother so it is scary that I was in such bad shape.

It happened to me as well my cardiologist is thinking it's either post partum hypertension or a pregnancy related heart condition called ppcm! I had my daughter in Devember and 6 days after giving birth I was back in the we for 6 days with a EF of 45 just last Thursday's I found out my heart is back at 60 which is normal! I had your symptoms as well!! I pray your heart heals as well
