Making homemade chili for dinner tonight! Love being a stay at home mom so I'm able to make meals…

what do you put it in and how do u make ot

girl me too... he tells me when I don't need to cook (he's gonna be super late, or its a weekend, but on weekends we usually just have frozen pizzas lol) it feel like am a good wife when I cook lol like I know someone who didn't cook at all, even for her kids, it was TV dinners, or lipton noodle soup..... then I became the live in nanny and I cooked dinner every night the kids didn't know what to think lol..... my husband enjoys the different things I cook (I have 2,000+ recipes on pinterest lol)

It's 1lb ground hamburger and 1lb ground turkey cooked up with 2 packets of taco seasoning mixed in. 2 red bell peppers thinly sliced, 1 onion thinly sliced, 1 can of red beans, 1 of black beans, 1 great Northern or cantellini beans and I like to 1 can of chickpeas too. Then 2 cans of green chili tomatoes 1 stewed tomato can and a can of tomato sauce. Throw it all in the crockpot on high for 2 hours and turn it down to low after that. Let it cook for 6 hours total or so! @mrsmord

@sarahdrew my mom is a super basic cook and my husband is usually the cook in our house but I've been trying more and more to go out of my way and look up recipes because it makes me feel good to make food for him and have him like it!

I'm the same way @amarsig23 my mom didn't really cook when I was growing up (once in awhile she would) and my husband would cook sometimes but now that I am home all the time I try different things, some are good some aren't as good (last night I made something and it wasn't that great lol)
