4 cm dilated, doctor swept my membranes again and told me to take a prilosec, stay active and bounce on the exercise ball. So dad's bringing me his ball and I'm spending my day cleaning! Come on baby! 💕

She said it has oxytocin in it. Supposedly haha. And one of the side effects is diarrhea so I think she's trying to clean me out 😂 @hlanc4
