My mom lives in VA, she came to Louisiana the day after my daughter was born Dec.10-Jan.1 and hasn't been able to make it back yet. She just gave me dates on when she is coming back!!! July11-15th. Only thing that sucks is Raelynn will be 7 months old by the time she gets here. :(

I completely understand. My mom lives far away and I haven't seen her in 2 1/2 years... she isn't visiting but for 3 days when Cooper is a month old. I don't know if or when she will ever come to visit again after that.

Before Rae was born I hadn't seen her for about that long too.. Do y'all have a good relationship? I know how hard it is to be a new mom and just want your mom.
