my poor baby has a fever her body feels like it's on fire :( but she not showing other signs of being sick other than a runny nose. no ear ache no cough no congestion.. and through put the day she's fine no fever for real. so for the moms that have gone through this should I just continue to give her Tylenol and motrin ever 4 and 6 hours to keep the fever broke?????
