i really need a doctors appointment... my medicaid is taking forever to go thru and i dont understand why. my cousin said as soon as she said she was pregnant she got it right away. i know being a nemic isnt good for baby. can any moms/ moms to be give me some advice? please & thank youuuu😊

I went to the dr before mine was "active" because they backdate it to when pregnancy starts. You should be okay to set up an appointment. They usually won't see you until 8wks anyway, so you'll have time for it to go through before if you're really worried about it <3
call ur obgyn let them know ur pregnant n had applied for medical assistance....also call ur social worker n see what's going on....like I said it's usually active before u even know your doctor could even look it up mine did
well here in CA I gone to this clinics where they check you out and stuff and they give you emergency medical so they can continue seeing you until you get your medical but you should call your social worker I don't know what state you live in @moniimariee

sometimes it's active before they even tell u n it gets dated back to when u applied.....Def call ur doc n tell them ur situation they all know welfare likes to take their sweet old time
I applied for mine March 15 still haven't heard a thing so now I can't get the genetic testing done! I got an appointment with my midwife for free they always r where I go.....maybe call n check to see if u r insurance is active
