hiking is ok in that stage. i went to red river gorge and climbed mountains at 7 months. just be careful not to push yourself too bard but it is very beneficial.

We love the outdoors and go places a lot around here where we live. I just won't be travelling for a long time is what I meant! I love going to state and national parks. @sierranichols

oh ok. but yeah hiking is great for you and baby.
