dang it doesn't hurt when I pee or anything just a really strong strong odor and dark yellow it didn't start till I ate spaghetti

How much water are you drinking?

I don't think it's enough:( this has never happened till today :'(

and it was baked spaghetti from some fancy place I got heart burn but I drank water most or the day

should I take something over the counter for a uti just in case

I would just drink as much water as you can. It's probably not a uti if you're feeling no pain. It's totally normal for your pee to turn dark in color and have some odor if you're dehydrated.

It's an infection.
