ADVICE PLEASE my baby girl is very very active at the moment. After she moves for a few minutes I get a sharp pain in my uterus and down my thigh, is that normal?! And what is it?!
To help with any discomfort and get her to move off the nerve you can try leaning over with your forearms on a counter or chair or get on ur hands and knees and let baby float . It'll help her reposition , hopefully to a more comfortable spot for both of u:) they have you do that in labor if u need them to turn
