23 weeks and still don't feel my little girl very much. 😞 When do they really start to get active where you can feel everything?

yes. it's nothing to worry about. but the baby attached to the front of the uterus and the fluid is between your uterus and baby. so you just don't feel the movements as much early on. this my 4th pregnancy and I have an anterior placenta with this one. I only feel baby move maybe 4-6 times a day and I'm 21 weeks. might be a reason though

u won't count movements till u 26 wks

do you happen to have an anterior placenta? this can cause not being able to feel baby move as much

every baby is different by 20 weeks my daughter didn't know what the meaning of staying still meant, it'll happen just give her time
