So this is kind of weird and maybe a little gross, but all day today my nose has felt weird and when I go to blow it, I get dried blood and like mini clumps of blood that are the size of boogers, but are all bright red coagulated blood. But I haven't had an actual nosebleed where liquid blood is flowing from my nose. Anyone else deal with this?

Happens to me at least once a week. Pregnancy related and normal... It caused from dry air... Do you have a fan on in your room??@mrsreneau

I've had this my whoke pregnancy. Your nasal passages swell up and causes small blood clots. Which also causes your nose to run as well. I can't tell you how many big boxes of kleenex I have gone through in the past 8 months.

Same thing with me everyday. I guess saline spray helps
