Do any of y'all have severe back pain? I've always had chronic back pain but right now it's so horrible I want to cry my eyes out. Any thing that has helped y'all with it?

I've only tried warm baths and the heating pad because I'm trying to avoid taking any medicine but it only helps me so much.

Meeeee. Belly bands for maternity worked for me up until about 32 weeks! Worked miracles! Baths work a little bit. Lol that's about all I've found
