Picture outfit baby lotion. You need stuff for you more than him. Bring a gown, shower shoes/flip flops snack, extension cord, Chapstick, lotion, soap stuff like that
I honestly think a couple of outfits, mittens, caps, baby's blanket & socks. Everything else will be provided at the hospital like milk, diapers, & medicine.

And if you have children take a picture of them and place it next to your bed so they won't feel left out or that you love baby more than them!
