My bf is paying my MIL $300 to watch our daughter for 3 days while we go to Catalina for his birthday .. makes me really not wanna go 😡😒 I understand its not going to be easy watching my baby while we're gone but she's the one who volunteered to watch her memorial day weekend because she will be off work.

@growingphoenix, Seriously... she has Sunday and Monday off. We are asking her to watch Mia Friday night til Monday. I never go out I'm a stay at home mama.. I thought she would understand .

She has kids, she understands....she's just jealous she's not young and can't party but as far as her actually asking for money is ridiculous! It's not like Mia is 3 and she needs things to keep her busy and food to feed her you'll obviously bring all of that with her! Then she would be complaining if you didn't allow Mia to go over there period begging you to keep her.

Hey if she wants to act like a nanny instead of her damn grandma. Treat her like a nanny. 🙄💁🏽 I hate that's hit. You shouldn't have to pay her except make sure baby girl has everything she needs when you leave that's it 🙅🏽

I don't know lady's I think it's a good thing that she is getting paid. Grandmas should be able to rest and be done with raising their own children. Your babies are your responsibilities. Anyone else would charge you way more and may not love and care for them the same. I was a nanny and charged $15 dollars an hour and that was cheap. Just my opinion

I'm with the other ladies my parent nor my mother in law wouldn't dare take a dime if we tried to pay them. Baby's not here yet but i know they wouldn't. A grandma and grandpa should love a grandchild as their own. If it's to party maybe that's a different story but it sounds like u never have been anywhere without ur baby so I think it's perfectly ok.
