I second the pre-eclampsia concern. Anything having to do with blood pressure (i.e. swelling) symptoms should be reported to your doctor.

I've been getting this at 9 weeks with my hands and feet and piercing headaches along with nosebleeds I looked into it and mayo clinic say be watching for preeclampsia
